I will add/integrate push notification to your android application.

I can add normal push notification.
I can add push notification as popup alert.

For pushbots.com:

You will use pushbots console to send push notification.
You must have pushbots.com account to give me your pushbots Application ID (Free signup)
Also I need project ID from Google Developers Console and you need also API key (to add it to pushbots.com) i can help you to do this.

Parse is closing on Jan 28 ,2017. you can switch to PushBots and import parse.com data .

For Parse.com :

You will use parse console to send JSON push notification.
You must have parse.com account to give me your
Parse Application ID and Client Key .(Free signup)
