Create a 3D model of the building and calculate its volume

What you will receive as a result of this order:
- A 3D model of a building with a volume of up to 1,000 cubic meters, created in AutoCAD, in DWG and DXF formats, based on existing floor plans and building facades provided to me by the client. This 3D model will be created as a solid 3D body, without rendering, windows, and doors, as the purpose of this proposal is to create a 3D model for calculating the building's construction volume (which usually needs to be included in construction documentation for new construction or renovation of existing buildings).

- AutoCAD file with the final 3D model in DWG, DXF formats (or another format by prior arrangement).

- A PDF file containing a 3D model diagram with the calculated volume of such a building, in cubic meters.
I'll transform your existing drawings into a 3D building model, up to 1,000 cubic meters in volume, that best matches your plans and facades within 3 days. The timeframe is given with some allowance to avoid rushing. However, I typically complete these 3D models within about 24 hours..
3D models with a volume of 1,000 cubic meters or more are also possible, but their cost will be discussed separately.

Important: before placing an order, first check with me to see if the materials you provide me will be enough to complete such an order, and also for us to discuss your particular case and the possibility of its implementation, as well as the price specifically for your case. An order will be considered placed/discussed only after we have discussed all the conditions of your order before starting to process it. Without prior discussion of all conditions BEFORE order confirmation, such an order will be considered "unilateral" and will be considered invalid.
