1. Understanding your needs
Once you reach out, I’ll ask about your product, your target audience, and the specific problems you’re trying to solve. The more context you give, the better I can design something that feels right for your users.
2. Structuring the workflow
Based on what you share, I’ll outline the deliverables, timelines, and milestones clearly so you know exactly what to expect. No vague promises, just a step-by-step plan.
3. Tools I use
Figma for wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI design
FigJam for quick ideation and flow mapping (if needed)
Collaboration tools for feedback so you can comment directly on designs
4. The design process
Low-fidelity wireframes to validate layout and flow
High-fidelity UI design that matches your brand and feels intuitive
Interactive prototype so you can experience the design like a real app/website
5. Timeline
The minimum timeline depends on project size:
A single page or simple screen: 2–3 days
A small app or website: 1–2 weeks
Larger, complex projects: we’ll define realistic milestones together
The rule is simple: the task defines the timeline. If you need it done faster, we’ll discuss what’s possible without compromising quality.
