I will draft a contract for self-employed contractors / freelancers for you.

The contract will be drafted for your trade / profession, and it will regulate the relationship between you as a freelance contractor and your clients.

I will provide you with free guidance on self-employment and IR35 tax rules, with the aim of minimising the risk that HMRC will regard you as an employee of the client rather than as a contractor.

I have been a qualified commercial lawyer for almost 25 years. I am recently retired and I now take on a limited amount of client work from my home as a freelancer.

I am well-versed in the world of business contracts with broad experience in drafting a wide variety of agreements.
