I can provide you advice and help you research a prospective trademark - this can be helpful as the application fees for a trademark are often non-refundable.

I will additionally help you identify the appropriate Nice Classes for your mark and the intended application, and provide you with information on anticipated costs, etc. prior to making the application.

Finally I will search for competing marks and provide advice on if your application is likely to succeed, or if it may be resisted by alternate trademark owners.

My advice is based around the UK Intellectual Property Office (IPO) however I have experience with the US Patents and Trademarks Office (PTO) and the EU IPO and World IPO (WIPO), though advice concerning alternative juridictions will need to be quoted seperately.
