*Please contact me prior to buying the hourly to avoid disappointments.*I am a London based freelancer able to deliver a wide variety of admin tasks such as:
admin,typing, research, excel, data entry tasks, uploading content on CMS
-1 hour of research and presenting data in excel.
-Linkedin Research
-Typing of business cards, documents, books.
- Resizing Images in Photoshop
-Secretarial duties.
-Database cleansing (research and update contacts list)
-Resizing images
-Travel Arrangements & Itineraries
Accommodation Booking
-Uploading content or products to CMS ( Wordpress, Magento, Joomla, Open Cart, Virtual Expressions, Shopify..)
- I can enter data on different types of CRMs ( vTiger, Dynamics, Zoho...)
-Transfer excel to word and vice versa.
-Creating Invoices.
This hourly is for one hour of service.
If you require another task that is not listed here then please contact me.
My timing is flexible and is not limited to the average 9-5 job. Available most evenings and Weekends as well.
