This hourly includes one hour's work and it will be completed within an agreed timescale that's reasonable to you.

I'm an experienced and highly competent company administrator and executive assistant with an extensive skill-set, specialising in back-office systems; project management; administration; customer service and marketing with specialised skills in proofreading, copy-editing and copywriting.

A consummate professional dedicated to making the lives of CEOs and busy executives easier. I am articulate, thorough and precise and am proficient in preparing and compiling reports, data analysis, research and editing and proofreading. I am also an experienced customer services professional and therefore adept at communicating with clients, suppliers, stakeholders and the public alike, dealing with queries and questions and in resolving issues in an appropriate manner. Additionally, I have experience in marketing (including using Canva to create content, reels etc.); blog writing, creating SEO website content that sells, company newsletters and in setting up and managing social media accounts. I also have knowledge in creating and updating WordPress websites.

I'm happy using most software including all MS Office, Salesforce, Asana, Trello, PipeDrive, Canva, WordPress and many others.
