In this Hourlie you receive THREE different types of confidentiality agreements (NDAs) for different purposes.They are the following:
1. One to be used for contractors;
2. One to be used for, e.g., potential investors in pre-project discussions; and
3. One including also non-competition and non-solicitation clauses.
The templates must be filled in with the variables; e.g., name and address of the parties, etc.
Moreover, you will need to choose which clauses to include in the individual NDAs you present to different parties depending on the type of disclosures and type of recipient. The different choices are marked with brackets with text you can choose between.
The templates include GDPR provisions (relating to processing of personal data). You can delete these clauses if no personal data are to be exchanged.
You are provided with a FREE worldwide perpetual unlimited non-exclusive licence to use the template solely for your own business purposes. The licence does not include resale of the templates.
