This service does not cover registration of any lease with HM Land Registry or the preparation of statutory declarations under section 38A(3)(b) of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
I won’t be liaising directly with third parties such as the Landlord or their Legal Representatives. If you require a more comprehensive service - including negotiation or direct communication with the Landlord or their Solicitor, this can be arranged for an additional fee, as outlined below.
Should your Lease include a Rent Deposit Deed, a separate fee will apply for its review, also detailed below.
