I excel at writing speeches shaped for the person who will deliver them. Your messages and values - my experience creating talks for TEDx, the UN, a world champion boxer and many more clients. Keynote addresses, product launches, moments of note in personal and organisational history.

Capturing what's required with power and conviction is a world away from writing for brochures and websites, and draws on my experience scripting for BBC tv, for theatre, and in film. Let's talk in confidentiality about the purpose of your speech, what impact you need to create, and anything else that might be relevant. After the first draft, two sets of revisions are included in the price.

I'll be able to draw on a wide range of knowledge acquired through a three decade career as a freelance writer across many sectors and contexts eg supporting start-ups in many sectors to develop their brands and entrepreneurs to speak at events. And if you'd like to incorporate examples from history, mythology, or other sources to amplify your message, I'm likely to be aware of ones beyond those you already know.

One niche thing I've done is writing talks for an event where two speakers with very different styles of communicating split the role, passing the baton back and forth for 45 minutes or so. I also wrote to visuals for this, something my background in print advertising, film, and theatre helps with.
