> Upgrade will be performed by your late-night as per your timezone so you will get very less downtime on website.
> put site on maintenance.
> upgrade process perform on website.
> after upgrade all theme and extension to the latest version.
> once everything is updated I will test all functions of the website on the frontend and backend make sure everything is working without issue.
> fix issue appears while testing

I will make sure to upgrade your store perfectly without issue and make everything working fine.

* if there is some module installed on website which is not supported to Magento 2.4.1 I will provide you extra cost to fix that issue.
