I will develop a bespoke, comprehensive, Contract of Employment for your business, based on the information you give me, ensuring that it is legally compliant and contains the restrictive covenants to protect your business interests. However, I will also use that conversation to talk about what terms and conditions should be applied so they work for your business, guiding you on applicable statutory requirements, so you understand your situation. I will also provide you with a Management Guidance document that explains the Contract, as well as the necessary disciplinary and grievance procedures.
