​Hi, I'm Anna — a virtual assistant and operations specialist with a passion for helping charities and small businesses do more with less, and do it properly.

I've been running my own VA business since 2009, and over that time I've built a 5-star rated reputation for being reliable, organised, and genuinely invested in the work I do. I'm proud to hold a Top Cert ranking on PPH — but honestly, the thing I'm most proud of is the number of clients who keep coming back.

The organisations I support aren't just clients — they're charities changing lives and small businesses built by people with a dream. That matters to me, and it shows in how I work.

I work remotely and use AI tools as part of my workflow, and I'm always transparent about that. I think honesty is part of what good support looks like.
